JD Logistics Buys Back 1.19 Million Shares on 18 May for HK$16.39 Million; Total Shares Outstanding Unchanged

JD Logistics, Inc. disclosed that on 18 May 2026 it repurchased 1.19 million ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices between HK$13.64 and HK$13.81 per share, for a total consideration of HK$16.39 million.

The bought-back shares are earmarked for cancellation, with none retained as treasury shares. Including a previous 185,100-share repurchase on 15 May, the company has acquired 1.38 million shares under the mandate approved on 20 June 2025, representing 0.021 % of the shares outstanding at the mandate date.

Following these transactions, JD Logistics’ issued share capital remains at 6.67 billion shares. A moratorium on new share issues or transfers runs through 17 June 2026, in accordance with Hong Kong listing rules.
