According to corporate registry information, JD.com's electronics retail subsidiary has recently established a new company in Bengbu.
The newly formed entity is named JD Five Star Appliance Group (Bengbu) Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of 1 million yuan.
Its business scope encompasses the sales of household appliances, daily necessities, electronic products, and computer software, hardware, and auxiliary equipment.
The company is wholly owned by JD Five Star Appliance Group Co., Ltd.
