STAR CM Holdings Limited disclosed that on 22 June 2026 it repurchased 125,700 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging from HK$0.76 to HK$0.82, for a total consideration of HK$0.10 million.
Following the transaction, outstanding shares (excluding treasury stock) fell 0.0315% to 398.34 million, compared with 398.47 million on 18 June 2026. Treasury shares increased from 68,900 to 194,600, keeping total issued shares unchanged at 398.54 million.
The repurchase forms part of the mandate approved on 18 June 2026, which authorises STAR CM to buy back up to 39.85 million shares. Cumulative on-market repurchases under this mandate now stand at 194,600 shares, equivalent to 0.0488% of shares outstanding on the mandate date.
Under Hong Kong listing rules, STAR CM is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 22 July 2026.
