Ltd. entered a share-swap agreement with Monarch Marine Holding Ltd, acquiring an additional 9.6 % stake in Lime Petroleum Holding AS in exchange for transferring 40 % of Xer Tech AB. The 9.6 % interest in Lime Petroleum was valued at roughly 14.3 million Singapore dollars.

Completion of the transfer of 4,000,000 Xer Tech AB shares to Monarch Marine Holding occurred on Dec, 30 2025, lifting Rex International’s ownership in Lime Petroleum Holding AS from 80.14 % to 89.74 %.

Separately, on Jul, 18 2025, Rex International Holding Limited (BVI) incorporated Jasmine Energy Ltd. in the Cayman Islands with a paid-up capital of 0.001 million Singapore dollars.
