Latest repurchase • On 16 September 2026 the company repurchased 0.40 million shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at HK$0.795–0.815 per share, spending HK$0.32 million (average HK$0.8069). These shares are designated for cancellation.

Cumulative performance under 2026 mandate • Since the mandate was granted on 22 May 2026, Sunac Services has bought back 36.80 million shares, equal to 1.21 % of the share base on the mandate date. • The mandate allows up to 304.90 million shares to be repurchased; 12.08 % of this limit has been utilised.

Shares awaiting cancellation • All 36.80 million repurchased shares, acquired between 28 May and 16 September 2026, have not yet been cancelled. • Cancellation would reduce outstanding shares to 2.99 billion, lowering the share count by 1.21 %.

Moratorium on new issues • Under Hong Kong Listing Rule 10.06(3)(a), the company is restricted from issuing new shares until 16 October 2026.
