Persistence Gold Repurchases 0.10 Million Shares at HKD 0.67, Treasury Stock Rises to 0.57 Million

Persistence Gold Group Ltd (Persistence Gold) disclosed a share buyback of 100,000 ordinary shares on 20 July 2026 via on-market transactions at HKD 0.67 per share, spending HKD 0.07 million in aggregate.

Following the repurchase, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) fell from 2.39954 billion to 2.39944 billion shares, while treasury shares increased to 0.57 million. Total issued shares remain unchanged at 2.40 billion.

The latest transaction represents 0.00417% of Persistence Gold’s issued share base prior to the buyback. Under the general mandate granted on 26 June 2026—which permits repurchases of up to 240 million shares—the company has now repurchased 0.57 million shares in total, equating to 0.02% of the shares outstanding at the date of the mandate.

In accordance with Hong Kong listing rules, Persistence Gold is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 19 August 2026.
