Prime US REIT said its transfer books and register of unitholders will close at 5:00 p.m. on Feb, 23 2026 to determine entitlements to a distribution of US 0.25 cents per unit for the period from Oct, 06 2025 to Dec, 31 2025.

The tax-exempt income distribution is scheduled to be paid on Mar, 31 2026. Units will trade ex-distribution from Feb, 20 2026.

Unitholders must submit the required U.S. tax forms to Boardroom Corporate & Advisory Services Pte. Ltd. by Mar, 12 2026; incomplete or inaccurate submissions will trigger a 30.0% withholding tax on the distribution. The same deadline applies for lodging a Distribution Election Notice for those who wish to receive the payment in U.S. dollars instead of Singapore dollars.

CDP account holders with an active Direct Crediting Service bank account will automatically have the payout converted to Singapore dollars unless they opt out of the conversion service at least three business days before the payment date.

The trust had previously paid an advanced distribution of US 0.24 cents per unit on Nov, 14 2025 for the period Jul, 01 2025 to Oct, 05 2025.
