ZoomInfo Technologies Inc. (GTM) experienced a pre-market plunge of 32.12% on Tuesday, following a series of significant corporate announcements that rattled investor confidence.

The sharp decline was primarily driven by the company lowering its full-year revenue guidance for 2026. ZoomInfo now expects revenue of $1.19 billion to $1.21 billion, down from its previous forecast of $1.25 billion to $1.27 billion and below analyst expectations.

Concurrently, the company announced a major 2026 restructuring program aimed at simplifying operations and shifting focus upmarket. The plan includes closing its Israel site and transferring operations out of the country by year-end, reducing its workforce by approximately 600 employees (about 20% of its first-quarter headcount), and notifying about 340 employees in the U.S., India, and U.K. of role eliminations. The restructuring is expected to result in pre-tax charges of $45 million to $60 million but aims to reduce annual run-rate operating expenses by about $60 million.

Adding to the negative sentiment, Piper Sandler downgraded ZoomInfo's stock to Underweight from Neutral and slashed its price target to $4 from $7, reflecting concerns over the company's revised outlook and restructuring costs.
