On August 20th, the two-year anniversary sharing and exchange event for the Shimen Second Road Street Online Self-Media Alliance was held at the Butterfly Bay Riverside Party and Mass Service Center. The event was attended by Xiao Yeying, member of the District Committee Standing Committee and head of the Publicity Department, alongside officials from the District United Front Work Department, District Organization Department, District Cyberspace Administration, and Shimen Second Road Sub-district Office.
Representatives and special guests of the street-level online self-media alliance gathered to collectively review the alliance's two-year exploration journey and look ahead to future development. Among them were Luo Xiaoluo, a music short-video blogger and civilian singer; Fu Daye, an international Jing'an promoter and well-known video blogger; and Zhu Yining, an international Jing'an promoter and founder and CEO of SimpliCity Xinchengshi.
In July 2024, Shimen Second Road Street took the lead in the city by establishing the first street-level online self-media alliance and the inaugural online self-media industry party branch. Over the past two years, the alliance has adhered to party-building leadership, driving members to deeply participate in community governance, charity livestreams, and store-visiting business promotions. It has transitioned from "key-to-key" online interaction to "face-to-face" offline engagement, pioneering a new grassroots governance pathway that moves from "voicing opinions online" to "participating offline," effectively transforming online communication power into tangible governance efficiency.
During the event, commemorative photo frames were presented to five alliance "Shining Star" representatives, including Fu Daye, in recognition of their outstanding contributions to quality content creation and community welfare. Nine new alliance members, including the Butterfly Bay Runner Service Center and LooKBagel & Cafe manager Li Wenjing, received the blogger scroll and officially joined the alliance, promising to inject richer creative perspectives and broader communication reach in the future.
Centering on the topic "How to Transform Online Influence into Social Responsibility," four guests—Zhang Yuxia, Fu Daye, Zhu Yining, and Li Wenjing—engaged in a discussion, sharing their thoughts and practices in content creation and community service. The same day also featured a research symposium with online representatives, soliciting opinions and suggestions, and proposing to deepen related work by strengthening guidance, consolidating values, optimizing services, empowering growth, deepening participation, and promoting co-building and co-sharing.
The event also proposed and deliberated on the adoption of the "Shimen Second Road Street Online Self-Media Alliance Charter," laying a solid institutional foundation for the alliance's standardized and long-term development. Over the past two years, the alliance has cumulatively attracted more than 40 online self-media practitioners, encompassing diverse entities such as science bloggers, cultural bloggers, urban walking bloggers, and online writers. The "Neighborhood Shier" livestream room regularly conducts series of livestreams on health education, youth science popularization, cultural sharing, policy briefings, and elderly care services. Through practical project formats, it has successively held special events like Luo Xiaoluo's community concert and the "Butterfly Fluttering" cultural sharing session of the Kelmen Cultural Salon, continuously enhancing its influence through the "street + alliance" integrated communication matrix.
Looking ahead, the Shimen Second Road Street Online Self-Media Alliance will continue to unite and rally online media practitioners, adhere to party-building leadership as the core, and convert online traffic into "incremental growth" that drives community governance and regional development. This will help Jing'an District secure greater "traffic" and surging "positive energy" for its high-quality development.
