The final price for the H-share offering by Nexchip Semiconductor Corporation (ASX: 688249) has been set at HK$32.30 per share.
This price is exclusive of a 1% brokerage commission, a 0.0027% Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission transaction levy, a 0.00565% Hong Kong Stock Exchange trading fee, and a 0.00015% Financial Reporting Council transaction levy.
The H-shares from this offering are anticipated to commence trading on the main board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong on July 10, 2026.
