Infinity Development Holdings Company Limited (ZBA) announced on Mar, 02 2026 that Chief Financial Officer, company secretary and authorised representative Mr. Shen Kailian has resigned, effective Mar, 06 2026, citing personal reasons and further career development.
The company said Mr. Shen has confirmed he has no disagreements with the board and that there are no matters related to his departure that need to be brought to the attention of shareholders or the exchanges.
The board expressed gratitude for Mr. Shen’s contributions and stated it will seek a suitable successor, with a further announcement to be made in due course.
