Metro Holdings awarded S$533 million Dunearn Road residential site

Metro Holdings Limited announced that its wholly owned unit Metrobilt Construction Pte. Ltd. and joint-venture partner Winrich Investment Pte. Ltd. have secured a 99-year leasehold land parcel at Dunearn Road from the Urban Redevelopment Authority for 532.999999 million Singapore dollars.

The site spans 19,045.9 square metres and will be developed into a residential project with first-storey commercial space for sale.

The tender award was disclosed on May, 4 2026, and forms part of Metro Holdings’ ordinary course of business.
