In a significant show of confidence, the Chief Executive Officer, President of R&D and Executive Director, Dr. Jianxin Yang, along with other board members and several senior executives of CStone Pharmaceuticals-B (HKEX: 02616), have announced plans to increase their holdings in the company. The move is based on their belief in the firm's future prospects and recognition of its long-term investment value, and will be executed using personal funds in the open market, in full compliance with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange listing rules and other applicable laws and regulations.

The share purchase program is scheduled to commence from June 2026 and will continue until the start of the blackout period preceding the release of the group's interim results for the six months ending June 30, 2026. The total number of shares to be acquired under this plan is between 2 million and 5 million.
