On 25 May 2026, China Ruifeng Renewable Energy Holdings Limited announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Xingtu Intelligent Computing, won a public tender for four contiguous industrial land parcels in Xuanhua District, Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province. The successful bid grants a 50-year land-use right covering approximately 144,840 sq m at a consideration of RMB 84.94 million, fully funded by internal resources and already secured via an equivalent bid deposit.
The site will serve as the first phase of the Xuanhua Artificial Intelligence Computing Power Centre—identified by the Group as the core carrier for its computing-power expansion. Positioned in a region rich in renewable energy, the project targets an integrated “green power + computing power + energy storage” model aimed at cost control, scale advantages and long-term competitiveness.
Given that the land acquisition’s applicable percentage ratios exceed 5 % but are below 25 %, the transaction is classified as a discloseable transaction under Rule 14.07 of the Hong Kong Listing Rules, requiring public reporting and announcement.
Trading in China Ruifeng Renewable Energy’s shares was halted at 9:00 a.m. on 26 May 2026 pending this disclosure and is scheduled to resume at 9:00 a.m. on 27 May 2026.
