Insider Buys Additional Shares in Sunshine Paper at HKD 0.8386 Each

Information from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange reveals that on July 20th, an insider purchased an additional 74,000 shares of SUNSHINE PAPER (HKEX: 02002) at a price of HKD 0.8386 per share, with the total transaction amounting to approximately HKD 62,100.

Following this acquisition, the insider's total shareholding has increased to roughly 344 million shares, representing a 32.30% stake in the company.

The transaction involved related parties Wu Rong, Shi Weixin, and Wang Changhai.

Additional notes indicate that, under section 318 of the Securities and Futures Ordinance, Wang Dongxing is considered to have an interest in the 3,840,000 shares of China Sunshine Paper Holdings Co. Ltd. held by Wang Changhai.
