These purchases form part of the repurchase mandate approved on 26 August 2025, which authorises the company to buy back up to 1.18 billion shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate have reached 42.31 million shares, utilising roughly 3.59% of the authorised limit.
Following the latest on-market repurchases, Want Want China is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of any treasury shares until 10 September 2026, in accordance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules.
