Road King Infrastructure’s April 2026 Return Shows Unchanged Share Capital and Compliance With Public Float Rules

Road King Infrastructure Limited submitted its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 5 May 2026, covering movements in securities for the month ended 30 April 2026.

The filing confirms that the company’s authorised share structure remained intact at 20.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10, equivalent to HKD 2.00 billion. An additional 518,380 convertible preference shares with the same par value account for HKD 0.05 million, leaving total authorised share capital at HKD 2.00 billion.

Issued capital was steady at 749.34 million ordinary shares, with no treasury shares recorded during the period. Consequently, the total issued share count also stayed at 749.34 million.

Management confirmed compliance with Main Board Rule 13.32D(1), indicating that the public float met the minimum 25 percent threshold as of month-end.

No share options, warrants, convertible instruments, or other equity arrangements were issued, exercised, or cancelled in April, and the company reported no Hong Kong Depositary Receipts.
