Keppel Ltd announced on Jul, 31 2026 that its wholly-owned subsidiary, PT Keppel Land, has been placed under member’s voluntary liquidation.
The group said the move is not expected to have any material impact on its net tangible assets or earnings per share for the financial year ending Dec, 31 2026.
