• Financial statements and auditor’s report for FY 2026 received 99.81 % support, with 2.94 billion votes cast for and 5.70 million against. • The HKD0.09 final dividend garnered near-unanimous backing at 99.998 %, representing 2.94 billion votes for and 0.07 million against. The dividend will be dispatched on or before 22 July 2026. • Executive director re-elections: – Chairman Wong Man Li retained his seat with 94.90 % approval. – Executive director Hui Wai Hing was re-elected with 89.70 % approval. • Independent non-executive director (INED) transition: – Chan Hak Kan was appointed an INED with 92.71 % support, succeeding Chau Shing Yim, David, who retired at the meeting. – Yang Siu Shun becomes Audit Committee chair, while Lam Yin Shing, Donald joins both the Audit and Nomination Committees. • Ernst & Young was re-appointed auditor with 99.26 % approval. • Share issuance and repurchase mandates passed: a 20 % general issuance mandate secured 89.88 % support; the 10 % buy-back mandate received virtually full consent at 99.9995 %.
