Tosei Corporation has joined several partners, including Mizuho Real Estate Management and Mizuho Trust & Banking, to invest in the newly launched Single-Parent Household Housing Support Fund II.

The fund, which began operations on Aug, 01 2026 and runs for five years, has an asset size of about 73 million Singapore dollars and will provide rental housing and “Step-Up Support” services—covering employment, household finance, parenting and career guidance—for single-parent families. Social-impact assessments will follow guidelines from Japan’s Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism to measure residents’ progress toward stability and independence.

Tosei said participation in the fund aligns with its Long-Term Vision 2032, which focuses on contributing to a sustainable society through real-estate solutions.
