Board Reshuffle at Gaush Meditech as New Independent Directors Take Seats

GAUSH MEDITECH (02407) has announced a series of changes to its board of directors.

Three independent non-executive directors have submitted their resignations due to other business commitments, effective June 12, 2026. Mr. Feng Xin will step down from his roles as independent non-executive director, chairman of the board's remuneration committee, and as a member of both the audit committee and the nomination committee.

Mr. Wang Lixin will resign as an independent non-executive director, relinquishing his positions as chairman of the nomination committee and as a member of the remuneration committee.

Mr. Chen Fancheng will also resign as an independent non-executive director and will no longer serve as the chairman of the audit committee.

Concurrently, the company has announced the appointment of three new independent non-executive directors, also effective from June 12, 2026.

Ms. Cheng Juan has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, and will assume the roles of chairman of the remuneration committee, as well as a member of both the audit committee and the nomination committee.

Mr. Yubing Li has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, and will serve as the chairman of the nomination committee and as a member of the remuneration committee.

Ms. Qiu Xiaoling has been appointed as an independent non-executive director and will take on the position of chairman of the audit committee.
