Black Sesame International Holding Limited released its Monthly Return for the period ended 30 September 2026, detailing minor adjustments to its share capital structure.

Key figures • Authorised share capital remained unchanged at 1.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.0001, equivalent to total authorised capital of USD 0.10 million.

• Issued shares (excluding treasury shares) rose by 689,917 to 715.90 million, a 0.10% month-on-month increase. Total issued shares, including 1.98 million treasury shares, reached 717.88 million.

• Treasury share position was unchanged during the month.

Share option activity • Pre-IPO Share Plan: 689,917 options were exercised, generating HKD 2.73 million in proceeds and directly accounting for the full increase in issued shares. A further 709 options were cancelled, leaving 79.48 million options outstanding under the plan.

• Post-IPO Share Plan: 1.72 million options lapsed, reducing outstanding options to 10.03 million. Up to 39.76 million additional shares may still be issued under this scheme.

Regulatory compliance Black Sesame confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25% as at 30 September 2026.
