Yuexiu Services Posts No Share Changes in June 2026; Public Float Remains Compliant

Yuexiu Services Group Limited (Yuexiu Services) has released its Monthly Return for the period ended 30 June 2026, confirming that the company’s share capital structure remained unchanged during the month.

The number of issued ordinary shares stayed at 1.50 billion, with zero treasury shares outstanding. Consequently, total issued share capital was unchanged at 1.50 billion shares.

Management affirmed that the company continued to meet the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25%, ensuring sufficient market liquidity for its securities.

Under the existing Share Option Scheme, 7.16 million options were outstanding at month-end, identical to the previous month. No options were exercised, no new shares were issued, and no treasury shares were transferred. The scheme still permits issuance of up to 141.14 million additional shares, as approved in the general meeting held on 15 February 2023. No proceeds were raised from option exercises in June.

The filing also notes that Yuexiu Services had no outstanding warrants, convertible securities, other equity arrangements or treasury-share movements during the month.

Company Secretary Yu Tat Fung confirmed that all activities during the period complied with Hong Kong Stock Exchange listing requirements and relevant regulations.
