JPMorgan Chase & Co. has reduced its stake in FLAT GLASS (06865), according to the latest filings from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. On August 3, the financial institution sold 1.145499 million shares at an average price of HK$7.6101 per share, with the transaction totaling approximately HK$8.7174 million.
Following the reduction, JPMorgan Chase & Co. now holds a total of approximately 78.9913 million shares, representing 17.88% of the company's issued shares.
