SHIMAO GROUP (00813) announced that for the four months ended April 30, 2026, the Group's total accumulated contract sales amounted to approximately RMB 5.731 billion. The total accumulated contract sales area reached 469,700 square meters. The average selling price for this period was RMB 12,200 per square meter. In April 2026 alone, the Group's contract sales were approximately RMB 1.208 billion, with a contract sales area of 96,300 square meters. The average selling price for April 2026 was RMB 12,500 per square meter.
