Wing Tai Holdings forms Winturf Investment to develop Dunearn Road site

On May, 08 2026, Wing Tai Holdings Limited announced the incorporation of Winturf Investment Pte. Ltd., a joint venture between its wholly owned subsidiary Winrich Investment Pte. Ltd. and Metrobilt Construction Pte Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Metro Holdings Limited.

The new entity has an issued and paid-up capital of 10 Singapore dollars, comprising seven ordinary shares held by Winrich and three ordinary shares held by Metrobilt. Winturf will develop the Dunearn Road land parcel into a residential project with commercial space on the first storey for sale.
