J&T Global Express Limited (abbrev. J&T Global) has named Mr. Wang Wei, founder and de facto controller of S.F. Holding Co., Ltd., as a non-executive director, effective 20 August 2026.

Mr. Wang’s initial term runs from 20 August 2026 to 31 December 2028. Under the company’s articles of association, he will stand for election at the first annual general meeting following his appointment and will subsequently be subject to retirement by rotation at least once every three years. The appointment letter specifies that Mr. Wang will not receive remuneration for his board role.

Regulatory filings show Mr. Wang is interested in 0.97 billion Class B shares of J&T Global under Hong Kong’s Securities and Futures Ordinance.

Beyond his leadership at S.F. Holding, Mr. Wang previously held board positions at SF REIT Asset Management Limited (February 2021–August 2023) and has served as chairman and non-executive director of KLN Logistics Group Limited since October 2021. The company confirmed that, apart from the disclosed roles and shareholding, Mr. Wang has no additional relationships, interests or information requiring disclosure under Listing Rules 13.51(2)(h)–(v).

The board welcomed Mr. Wang’s appointment, noting that he joins existing members comprising one executive director, four non-executive directors and three independent non-executive directors.
