A woman from Yuanshi County, Shijiazhuang, Hebei Province, has spent four years driving a semi-trailer truck across Xinjiang with her husband, who became partially paralyzed after a sudden brain hemorrhage.

Li Caixia, who obtained her A2 driver's license in just over two months following her husband Li Hongfei's medical crisis, has now covered more than 600,000 kilometers on the road. The couple transports goods to Altay Prefecture in Xinjiang, where they have built their new life around long-haul trucking.

Speaking about their journey, Li Caixia shared that while the challenges of driving with her husband by her side are numerous, she has never considered leaving him at home. "With him accompanying me on the road, I can take care of him, and that puts my mind at ease," she said.
