Chiho Environmental Appoints Veteran Executive Wun Chun Yip as Company Secretary and Authorised Representative

Chiho Environmental Group Limited (“Chiho Environmental”) has announced a leadership change in its corporate governance team.

Effective 28 May 2026, Ms. Xu Jiayuan will step down as Company Secretary and cease to serve as the Authorised Representative under both Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Listing Rules and Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance. Ms. Xu confirmed she has no disagreements with the Board and no outstanding matters require shareholder attention.

On the same date, Mr. Wun Chun Yip, aged 51, will assume the roles of Company Secretary and Authorised Representative. Mr. Wun satisfies the professional qualifications stipulated in Rule 3.28 of the Listing Rules.

Mr. Wun brings more than 20 years of managerial experience spanning direct investment, project management, corporate finance and financial management. His previous posts include company secretary and authorised representative of Man Sang International Limited (Nov 2024–May 2025). Academically, he holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Melbourne and an MBA from the University of Adelaide, and is a certified public accountant with both the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and CPA Australia.

The Board expressed gratitude to Ms. Xu for her service and extended a formal welcome to Mr. Wun.
