Venture Corporation Limited appoints two new board directors

Venture Corporation Limited announced on Jul, 31 2026 that it will expand its board of directors with two appointments effective Aug, 1 2026.
The company said Mr Yeo Seng Chong Simon will become an Independent Non-Executive Director, while Ms Faith Su-Yin Wong Ower will join as a Non-Independent Non-Executive Director.
Following these changes, the board will comprise Executive Chairman Dr Wong Ngit Liong and eleven non-executive directors, of whom seven are independent.
The appointments were disclosed in a filing available on the company’s website.
