BAIOO Family Interactive Cuts Outstanding Shares by 10.59 Million in June, Confirms Public-Float Compliance

BAIOO Family Interactive Limited reported a net reduction of 10.59 million ordinary shares during June 2026, reflecting the company’s latest share-repurchase activity on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX).

The authorised capital remained unchanged at 100 billion shares with a par value of USD 0.0000005 each, equivalent to total registered capital of USD 50,000 at 30 June 2026.

Issued capital dynamics • Opening balance (31 May 2026): 2.87 billion shares in issue (no treasury shares). • Share repurchases (10–24 June 2026): 10.59 million shares bought back at prices ranging from HKD 0.4313 to HKD 0.4616 per share, costing approximately HKD 4.71 million. All repurchased stock was retained as treasury shares. • Closing balances (30 June 2026): 2.86 billion shares in public hands and 10.59 million shares held in treasury, keeping the total issued share count unchanged at 2.87 billion.

Public-float status Despite the reduction, BAIOO affirmed that it continued to meet the Main Board’s minimum 25% public-float threshold as of 30 June 2026.

Incentive schemes No new shares were issued under the company’s Post-IPO Restricted Share Unit (RSU) Scheme in June 2026. Previously approved RSU mandates covering up to 89.91 million shares remain available for future issuance or transfer from treasury.

All share movements reported were duly authorised by the board and executed in compliance with Hong Kong Listing Rules and relevant regulations, according to the company’s filing dated 2 July 2026.
