Comba Telecom Systems Holdings Limited disclosed that it bought back 500,000 ordinary shares on 31 March 2026 via on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The shares were repurchased at prices ranging between HKD 1.48 and HKD 1.51, for a total consideration of approximately HKD 0.75 million, implying an average cost of about HKD 1.50 per share.

The repurchase reduced Comba’s outstanding share count by 0.01596 % to 3.13213 billion shares (excluding treasury shares) and increased its treasury stock balance from 1.41 million to 1.91 million shares.

The transaction was executed under the general mandate approved on 21 May 2025, which permits the company to repurchase up to 310.41 million shares. Including the latest buyback, Comba has repurchased 1.91 million shares to date under this mandate, representing roughly 0.06 % of the issued shares outstanding at the time the authority was granted.

A 30-day moratorium on new share issues or disposals of treasury shares is now in effect until 30 April 2026, in line with Hong Kong listing regulations.
