LONGFOR GROUP releases circular on 2025 interim scrip dividend and outlines shareholder communication options

On 30 March 2026, LONGFOR GROUP Holdings Limited published a circular for its Scrip Dividend Scheme related to the 2025 interim dividend, together with the associated election form.

The English and Chinese versions of the documents are available for download on the company’s website (www.longfor.com) and on Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing’s platform (www.hkexnews.hk). Printed copies have been dispatched to shareholders who previously selected hard-copy delivery.

Shareholders may at any time choose between two free-of-charge communication channels: 1. Online Version only, supported by an email alert when new corporate communications are posted. 2. Printed copies in English, Chinese or both languages.

To request printed material or alter the preferred method for all future corporate communications, shareholders should complete and return the enclosed Change Request Form to Tricor Investor Services Limited, the Hong Kong branch share registrar, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. The form can also be downloaded from the websites cited above.
