Lee's Pharmaceutical (HKEX: 00950) has announced a decision to implement a share repurchase program. The company will utilize the general mandate granted to its board by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting held on May 21, 2026, to buy back its own shares.

The repurchases will be conducted on the open market. Subject to the terms of the buyback authorization, the plan permits the company to repurchase shares with a total consideration not exceeding HK$50 million. This authorization period is effective from June 16, 2026, until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting, or until the deadline by which the company's articles of association or applicable laws require the next AGM to be held, or until the authorization is revoked or amended by an ordinary resolution of shareholders in a general meeting, whichever occurs earliest.

Under this buyback mandate, the company is authorized to repurchase up to 10% of the total number of issued shares as of the date the relevant resolution granting the authorization was passed. This equates to a maximum of 58,883,534 shares.
