TOM Group has published its 2025 Annual Report, an accompanying circular on proposed general mandates to issue and repurchase shares, the notice of Annual General Meeting, a proxy form and its 2025 Sustainability Report.

The Annual Report, circular, proxy form and AGM notice are available in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.tomgroup.com) and HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk). The 2025 Sustainability Report will be distributed exclusively in electronic form under the “Sustainability” section of the company’s website and on HKEXnews; printed copies are available on request from the Hong Kong Share Registrar.

In line with HKEX Listing Rule 2.07A, TOM Group is shifting to electronic dissemination of corporate communications. Key points are: • Corporate communications (e.g., annual and interim reports, circulars, notices) will be provided via the company and HKEXnews websites. Printed versions will be issued only on request. • Actionable corporate communications—documents requiring shareholder instructions—will be emailed individually. Shareholders can register or update an email address by scanning a QR code on the reply form or returning the form by email or post. • If the company lacks a functional email address for a shareholder, actionable documents will be mailed in hard copy together with a form soliciting a valid email. • Shareholders who prefer ongoing hard-copy communications may opt in by submitting the reply form; the request is valid for one year unless revoked earlier. • Absent a response by 30 April 2026, shareholders will be deemed to have consented to electronic delivery.
