Heeton Holdings Limited announced that shareholders approved a final tax-exempt one-tier dividend of 0.50 Singapore cents per share for the financial year ended Dec, 31 2025 at the company’s Annual General Meeting on Apr, 24 2026.
The company’s transfer book and register of members will close on May, 14 2026. Ordinary shareholders and Central Depository account holders on record as of 5:00 p.m. on May, 13 2026 will be entitled to receive the dividend.
Payment of the final dividend is scheduled for May, 22 2026.
