The transferred shares had a market value of HK$141 million, representing 10.67% of the company's issued share capital.
For the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025, NEW GONOW RV reported revenue of 871 million yuan (RMB), a slight increase of 0.8% year-on-year. However, profit attributable to equity shareholders was 30.82 million yuan, reflecting a decrease of 28.9% compared to the previous year. The basic earnings per share for the period were 0.03 yuan.
