CK Life Sciences Int’l., (Holdings) Inc. (CK Life Sciences, 00775) has established Sequencio Therapeutics Company Limited as a wholly-owned subsidiary to consolidate and advance its therapeutic cancer vaccine programme.

Sequencio will focus on developing vaccines that leverage patients’ immune systems for durable, immune-controlled cancer remission, aiming to overcome limitations of current standard-of-care therapies. Discovery and design work will be conducted in-house, with clinical development pursued through a mix of internal resources and external collaborations.

The new entity inherits a preclinical portfolio that includes: • TROP2-targeted vaccine candidates, which generated robust T-cell responses and achieved 100% tumour growth inhibition in breast and colorectal cancer mouse models. • Additional candidates directed at PRAME, PD-L1, B7-H3 and Claudin-6 antigens.

Sequencio complements two other R&D platforms recently added to the group: • Dogwood Therapeutics, Inc. (majority stake acquired in 2024), which develops treatments for pain and neuropathy. • TransCode Therapeutics, Inc., which obtained late-stage melanoma vaccine seviprotimut-L from CK Life Sciences in 2025 in exchange for equity.

By integrating Sequencio alongside Dogwood and TransCode, CK Life Sciences now controls a diversified pipeline spanning early- and late-stage assets that target significant unmet medical needs in oncology, pain and neuropathy.
