The filing shows no changes to the company’s capital structure during the month. Authorised share capital remains at 4.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each, representing authorised capital of HKD 40.00 million.
Issued share capital stayed flat at 2.55 billion ordinary shares, and the company continued to hold no treasury shares.
Sunshine 100 confirmed that it met the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25 percent as of 31 July 2026.
