Zhejiang Zhongke Magnetic Industry Co.,Ltd. (301141.SZ) has announced a plan to issue convertible bonds to unspecified investors, aiming to raise no more than 609 million yuan (inclusive).
The net proceeds from the offering, after deducting issuance costs, will be allocated to two main areas: the intelligent manufacturing and industrialization project for high-performance rare earth permanent magnet components used in thermal management systems and robotics, as well as to supplement working capital.
