CHINA SUNTIEN (00956) has announced plans to issue medium-term notes in China's interbank bond market to institutional investors, totaling RMB 3 billion with a maturity of no more than five years. The issuance aims to meet the company's funding requirements.

The company will decide on a one-time or phased issuance within the registration validity period, based on market conditions and actual capital needs. The final interest rate will be determined through book-building processes.

Proceeds from the medium-term notes will be allocated to project construction expenses, repaying subsidiary debts due, and supplementing working capital.
