Soilbuild Construction Group to Pay 5.2 Million Singapore Dollars After Adjudication Ruling

Soilbuild Construction Group Ltd. said on Jun, 24 2026 that its wholly owned subsidiary, SB Procurement Pte. Ltd. (SBPR), has received an adjudication determination relating to a payment dispute with a subcontractor.
The Singapore Mediation Centre ruled that SBPR must pay approximately 5.2 million Singapore dollars (inclusive of GST) to the subcontractor within seven days. Adjudication costs of about 0.0165 million Singapore dollars will be shared equally between the two parties.
Soilbuild Construction Group added that SBPR intends to pursue recovery of the adjudicated amount from the subcontractor through appropriate dispute-resolution proceedings and will update shareholders on any significant developments.
