CNBM (03323) has announced the final coupon rates for its fifth-phase science and technology innovation corporate bonds, designated for professional investors in 2026.
The issuance follows approval from the China Securities Regulatory Commission under document 证监许可〔2025〕1858号, allowing CNBM to publicly offer corporate bonds totaling up to RMB 20 billion to professional investors on a phased basis. The current phase, referred to as the 2026 fifth-phase issuance, has a scale capped at RMB 2 billion.
This bond offering is structured into two tranches: Tranche 1 carries a 3-year term, while Tranche 2 extends to 5 years. A book-building mechanism between the tranches is included, with no restrictions on the reallocation ratio. The issuer and bookrunners will decide, based on subscription demand, whether to exercise this option within the total issuance size.
On August 18, 2026, the issuer and lead underwriters conducted a coupon rate inquiry among professional institutional investors offline. Based on the results of this inquiry and mutual agreement, the final coupon rate for Tranche 1 has been set at 1.64%, and for Tranche 2 at 1.72%.
