RH Petrogas Limited said on Apr, 21 2026 that its Audit and Risk Committee (ARC) has completed disciplinary steps stemming from an independent review by PricewaterhouseCoopers Risk Services into whistleblower allegations involving the company’s subsidiaries.

The ARC concluded that the lapses identified were unintentional but violated internal standards at a medium-to-low severity level. Formal warning letters have been issued to the employees concerned, and management has been instructed to provide additional internal training to prevent a recurrence.

After consulting external counsel, the ARC also decided against filing a lawsuit in Indonesia against a former president director over increased costs linked to contract bundling, citing anticipated difficulties, high expenses and limited prospects of recovery.
