Accumulated shares pending cancellation • Between 30 December 2025 and 30 April 2026, the company repurchased 41.42 million shares that are still awaiting cancellation. • The pending-cancellation pool represents 2.98% of the current issued share base. • Repurchase prices ranged from HKD 1.65 to HKD 2.24 per share.

3. Latest transaction • On 30 April 2026, 0.45 million shares were bought back on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices between HKD 1.76 and HKD 1.84, for an aggregate consideration of HKD 0.80 million.

4. Mandate utilisation • Since the annual general meeting approval dated 6 June 2025, 47.28 million shares have been repurchased, equal to 3.38% of the share count on that mandate date. • The current mandate allows up to 139.76 million shares to be bought back, leaving considerable headroom. • Under Listing Rule 10.06(3)(a), the company is subject to a moratorium on new share issues until 30 May 2026.

5. Compliance confirmation The board confirmed that all repurchases were executed in accordance with Hong Kong Listing Rules, and that all regulatory, corporate and filing requirements have been met.
