NEXCHIP gains HK$345.30 million from partial greenshoe; stabilization period concludes

NEXCHIP Semiconductor Corporation announced the partial exercise of its over-allotment option and the completion of post-IPO stabilization activities linked to its recent Hong Kong listing.

The Overall Coordinators exercised 5.04% of the 15% greenshoe, subscribing for 10.89 million H shares at HK$32.30 each. These shares will list on the Main Board on 11 August 2026. Following the issue, total share capital rises to 2.23 billion shares, of which H shares account for 10.16%, up from 9.72% prior to the exercise; A shares fall to 89.84%.

Net proceeds of approximately HK$345.30 million will be distributed pro rata to the uses outlined in the prospectus.

During the 30-day stabilization window ending 6 August 2026, the Stabilizing Manager: 1) over-allocated 32.43 million H shares (15.0% of the base offer); 2) repurchased 21.54 million shares in the open market at HK$27.70–HK$32.30, with the last purchase at HK$29.50 on 4 August; and 3) executed the partial greenshoe described above. The unexercised portion of the option has lapsed.

Post-greenshoe, the company confirms continued compliance with Listing Rule 19A.28B(2), maintaining a public float exceeding HK$1 billion in market value.
