The company reported adjusted earnings per share of USD 0.37, surpassing the Ibes estimate of USD 0.32. Sales for the quarter reached USD 1.796 billion, beating the consensus estimate of USD 1.761 billion. Adjusted net income came in at USD 134.2 million, also higher than the projected USD 119 million.
Adding to the positive momentum, Primo Brands raised its full-year 2026 net sales growth outlook to a range of 2% to 4%, signaling confidence in its future performance. The company also stated it is actively managing inflationary pressures through multiple levers across its business.
