Heng Tai Reports Stable Share Capital and Full Public Float Compliance for June 2026

Heng Tai Consumables Group Limited (Heng Tai) filed its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer for the period ended 30 June 2026, confirming no changes in authorised or issued share capital during the month.

The company’s authorised share capital remained at 100.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01, equivalent to HKD 1.00 billion. Issued share capital stood unchanged at 209.21 million ordinary shares, and Heng Tai did not hold any treasury shares.

Heng Tai affirmed that it continues to meet the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25% of issued shares. No new share options, warrants, convertible securities, or other equity instruments were issued or outstanding, and there were no repurchases, cancellations, or transfers of shares during the month.

The return was submitted to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 3 July 2026 and signed by Company Secretary Hung Hing Man, confirming compliance with all applicable listing rules and regulatory requirements.
