Rex International Holding Limited announced that its indirect subsidiary Lime Petroleum Holding AS confirmed the completion of the first settlement of NOK 500 million in New Money Liquidity Bonds, issued by Lime Petroleum AS, on Apr, 24 2026.
On the same day, all overdue cash calls related to the Bestla and Yme assets in Norway were settled. The bond proceeds are earmarked for Lime Petroleum AS’s operational obligations and are expected to help stabilise its position in Norway.
The bond issue is part of a broader financial restructuring of Lime Petroleum Holding’s group. The process is continuing, and the entities involved are working with stakeholders to implement a comprehensive solution.
Rex International Holding said it remains in consultation with legal advisers regarding its interests in Lime Petroleum Holding and will provide further updates in line with Singapore Exchange regulations. The company advised shareholders and potential investors to exercise caution when trading its shares.
