BlackRock Adds 0.10 Million ENN Energy Shares Through Derivative Contracts Amid Privatisation Process

Hong Kong’s Takeovers Executive disclosed that BlackRock, Inc. entered into a series of derivative transactions linked to ENN Energy Holdings Ltd (ENN Energy) on 3 June 2026 in the context of the company’s proposed privatisation by way of scheme of arrangement.

According to the Rule 22 filing under the Hong Kong Code on Takeovers and Mergers, BlackRock executed nine “other-type” derivative contracts, all for the accounts of discretionary investment clients. Key deal metrics are as follows:

• Aggregate underlying shares: 104,600 • Reference price range: $52.9958 – $53.3438 per share • Total consideration paid: $3.28 million

The transactions lifted BlackRock’s resultant position in ENN Energy to 13.30 million shares. The asset manager is classified as a Class (6) associate of the offeree company by virtue of its shareholdings.
